Crea-Events respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide us with is treated confidentially. Processing purposes
Crea-Events collects and processes the personal data of customers for customer and order management (including following up on orders/deliveries, invoicing, profiling and sending newsletters and possibly personalized greeting cards).
Crea-Events uses the data you enter with us only with your permission. In order to be able to execute an order, we need your name, email address and delivery address to be able to deliver the order and to keep you informed of its progress. Your telephone number is useful, but not mandatory and is only used when we need to be able to reach you very urgently.

Crea-Events will not pass on your details to third parties.
Data storage:
Data that you enter when placing an order or sending a message is stored on the servers of our processor easyHost. EasyHost ensures a level of security that matches the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used as standard.
Retention period
The personal data processed for customer management will be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).
Right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and transfer personal data
The customer has the right at all times to inspect his personal data and can have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them deleted, have their processing limited and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of Article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on
those provisions.
Furthermore, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data forwarded to another company.
In order to exercise the above rights, the customer is requested to:
• adjust the settings of his customer account himself; and/or
• send an email to the following email address: info@natgrim.be.
Direct marketing
The customer has the right to object free of charge to any processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Complaint
The Customer has the right to file a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).
The use of “cookies”.
During a visit to the site, 'cookies' can be placed on the hard drive of your computer.
